1). Membership in the Ujamaa Network Barter Club (UNBC) is by
invitation only.
2). There is a one-time membership fee of $120. This is a non-transferable lifetime membership. There are no monthly dues nor activities required to maintain an active membership status. The $120 membership fee is spilt; $60 retained by UNBC and $60 to the inviting member.
3). All members must provide complete contact information with detailed information regarding their business, and the products and/or services they are willing to barter. This information will be posted a password protected page on the UNBC website.
4). It is each member’s responsibility to initiate and perform due diligence regarding each and every barter deal that is entered into.
5) The UNBC accepts no responsibility or compensation for any barters that occur.
6). UNBC members will be entitled to discount entry to membership events.
7). UNBC members also have the option of participating in any future UNBC programs.
8). UNBC will have a minimum of 1 meeting per month. The new member bonus will be presented at this meeting.

As with any and everything that carries The Ujamaa Network name our
underlying goal is to re-cycle Black Dollars by promoting Black Businesses.
Unfortunately most businesses today have more STUFF than MONEY, and
very often are willing to trade.
